Ben Henry Motors is an independent dealership, founded in 2015.  Our owner, Ben Henry, decided to pursue his ambition of owning his own dealership after working in the motor trade and various garages since a teenager. Since opening, the company continues to operate on three of its defining characteristics; price, quality and customer service.

To us, a trustworthy reputation is imperative. We aim to sell and resell to existing customers as well as their family and friends over a long period of time. Repeat business is important to us, however, we always do our best to look after new customers. As an authorised credit intermediary for a number of institutions, we can arrange same day, competitive finance. We can offer flexible packages with optional deposit amounts. The process of purchasing a new vehicle may be an inconvenience for the average customer. We can make the whole process virtual, by providing detailed, personal, videos that can be sent via e-mail or applications like ‘WhatsApp’. We also offer nationwide delivery or a pick-up service to suit your needs also. Contactless payment and card facilities are available also.

If you want to get rid of your own vehicle hassle free, we can assist. All trade ins are considered and we also buy vehicles, provided they suit out criteria.

Our attention to detail is second to none. We thoroughly prepare every vehicle prior to sale.

Vehicles can inevitably endure wear and tear both cosmetically and mechanically over time. Paint imperfections, scratches or dents, wheel curbing or damage, mechanical issues such as due services, timing belts, worn tyres, worn brakes, etc. are most common. Every vehicle endures a multi-point pre-sale inspection. By applying years of experience and knowledge as well as working with carefully selected suppliers, we ensure every vehicle is presented at the highest standard possible prior to its sale. We carry out background checks on all of our vehicles to ensure we don’t sell any stock that has issues such as incorrect mileage, outstanding finance or previous crash damage. This way, you are left with total peace of mind.

Our customer service and aftersales service is something we take huge pride in. Unfortunately, in the everyday life of motoring an issue with your vehicle can arise. That is why every vehicle we sell comes with a comprehensive warranty. Sometimes our vehicles have an existing manufacturer’s warranty that will still apply to the new owner. We also offer extendable warranties and breakdown cover should the buyer choose it. This all leaves you with total piece of mind.
